Peruvian Visa TN Nafta Work Visa
TN visas are temporary work visas available only to citizens of Mexico and Canada. According to NAFTA, Free Trade Agreement of North America (North American Free Trade Agreement), a citizen of a NAFTA country may work in a professional occupation in another NAFTA country provided that the applicant meets certain requirements. The wife (o) and unmarried minor children of principal applicants are entitled to derivative status (called TD visa), but they can not work in the United States.
