Precisely because, as our Constitution, are not eligible for the Presidency of the Republic, the relatives of the President, and the bond of kinship would be lost with the dissolution of marriage.
In this space we wrote, months ago, we did not think that the First Lady went on a rampage illegal as we are witnessing, but the first announcement and immediately discussed here are a fine complement to the trained eye reading to read on these intricacies where they put bad politicians and bad professionals in our country.

Finally, the President, entirely subordinate to his wife, has come out publicly to say that the choice corresponding to the Executive Agency will make him and only him (ha!), and is easy to deduce, for our part, will do so until the other choices are "completely tied," putting surely older Judge to also make sure a President of the Constitutional Court completely faithful to their gray and illegal interests.
So, the near future of the Constitutional Court envision it framed in a scenario of sustained illegalities with fallacious arguments that try to take some semblance of legality to what is illegal, with consequent embarrassment to judges, practitioners law to be provided for this, and other stains period in the history of this Honorable Court.
